Extreme Luggaging (comedy)
Scotland's newest extreme sport is chronicled in this short mockumentary. Directed by Christian Welsh.
Student Short by a student at the University West of Scotland
Helping to showcase local student talent.
Laurel and Hardy
It may be short, but they knew how to pack in the gags!! Classic shorts from the kings of knockabout comedy.
The Finger Trap (animation, comedy)
Directed and animated by Julia McLean, produced by Shian Holt, The Finger Trap is the story of the young at heart Wilson Brown who becomes stuck in his Chinese finger trap toy whilst preparing an anniversary surprise for his wife.
Saltmark (drama)
A short film about love, drama and growing up. In a small Scottish town, a teenage girl is forced to visit her grandfather. When his infirmity turns the outing from a chore into outright humiliation, she must make a stark choice: his dignity or her own?
Saltmark was produced by David Hancock and Kat Hebden.
I Love Luci (comedy drama)
Short listed at both the Glasgow Short Film Festival and London Short Film Festival, and winner of the Prix de Mediatheque at Clerrmont-Ferrand Short Film Festival this is a belter of a homegrown comedy drama. Filmed around Glasgow, this doesn't miss the mark.
Kickabout (drama - Gordon McLean and David Newbigging)
Teenager Chris McMillan desperately tries to stop his older brother joining a Glasgow gang, only to end up becoming a part of his violent initiation.
Selected for the Clerrmont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, the biggest film festival in Europe dedicated to Shorts. Written by Gordon McLean. Directed by David Newbigging.
Eyes on the Street (comedy - Gordon McLean)
Fish and chip shops located in an area patrolled by Community Wardens can boast of anything up to a 15% increase in profits. We follow a pair of Community Wardens in their quest to make it through the Police exam, deal with the local scallywags, and go home at night knowing they have made a difference.
